Do you replace glass through insurance?
Yes. Most of our work is insurance-based. We deal with all the major NZ insurers, handle the claim paperwork and invoice your insurer directly. Usually the only thing you pay is your excess, if any.
Do you come to me, or do I have to bring it in?
We're fully mobile and come to you anywhere in Auckland — home, workplace, depot or job site. There's no workshop to drive to.
How long does a windscreen replacement take?
Most windscreen replacements take around two hours. We'll tell you the safe drive-away time before we leave.
Can you replace the glass on the same day?
For common vehicles we can usually fit the glass the same day. For rarer models or specialist glass we source it as fast as possible and book you in as soon as it arrives.
Do you repair chips, or only replace?
We only do full glass replacements, done properly. If you have a small repairable chip, we recommend calling the chip-repair specialists on 0800 202 888.
My vehicle has a camera on the windscreen — do you handle that?
Yes. Many newer vehicles have a forward-facing ADAS camera (lane-keep, emergency braking) that must be recalibrated after a windscreen replacement. We'll advise whether yours needs it and arrange recalibration as part of the job.
